If the Controller objects, the Controller may terminate the affected portion of the service agreement without penalty.

5. Data Transfers

All processing of personal data under this DPA occurs within the United States. The Controller acknowledges that Church Gains is a United States-based service and that personal data will be stored and processed in the United States.
